1. Acceptance of Conditions

By accessing or using this website you consent to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort cater exclusively to adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. Full payment is collected upon departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Within fourteen days the first night will be billed; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is highly advisable.

5. Guest conduct

We retain the right to decline service or end a stay where a guest poses a risk to staff or fellow guests, causes property damage, disregards our gaming regulations, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and available solely to guests aged 18 and above. We champion responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be set up at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is restricted to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We bear no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Radiantridgeresort or its licensors and is safeguarded by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

10. Applicable law

These Conditions are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
